I'm Daniel Borg, a photographer based in Malta with more than a decade behind the camera. My work is built on real life — the nervous smile before a communion, grandparents holding a newborn at a christening, the chaos and joy of a child's birthday party.
I shoot in a relaxed, documentary way. I'd rather catch a genuine glance than stage a stiff pose, so families forget the camera is even there. The result is a set of images that actually feel like the day you remember.
Alongside family and milestone photography, I take on portrait sessions and commercial commissions — from interiors and hospitality to product and promotional shoots for local brands.
Born and working across the Maltese islands — Valletta, Mdina, the Three Cities and everywhere in between — and available to travel for commissions wherever they take me.
